As a Marketing Manager at Tactica, you’ll work at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and execution—bringing our Whole Product Offering (WPO) to life and aligning our solutions with the needs of high-value customer segments.

We’re looking for a passionate and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team. This role will be pivotal in advancing Tactica’s strategic goals by refining and optimizing our product and service marketing strategies, helping us carve out a distinct identity in competitive markets. The Marketing Manager will lead market research, develop compelling product messaging, and oversee the successful go-to-market strategies for our growing portfolio of innovative solutions in Digital Health and Ag Tech.

Tactica is a ‘Remote-First’ company and although we enjoy each other’s company, we are working 99% remotely!  The 1% are the in-person parties you won’t want to miss. Candidates must be legally allowed to work in, and be located in Canada.

 

Key Responsibilities

  1. Market Research and Insights
    • Conduct quantitative and qualitative market research to identify high-value customer segments and unmet needs in Digital Health and Ag Tech.
    • Analyze competitor positioning, industry trends, and market opportunities to guide product development and marketing strategies.
  2. Product Marketing Strategy
    • Develop and refine the Market Requirements Document (MRD) and marketing communications plan.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to define the “Compelling Reason to Buy (CRTB)” for each target market and product offering.
    • Create messaging frameworks and value propositions that resonate with customer pain points and business outcomes.
  3. Customer and Stakeholder Engagement
    • Develop strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners to validate product concepts and align strategies.
    • Lead ideation and testing of product concepts, gathering feedback to ensure alignment with customer needs.
  4. Go-to-Market Execution
    • Create and execute go-to-market plans, including product launches, sales enablement materials, and campaigns.
    • Train sales channels on CRTB elements, product differentiators, and customer ROI to optimize the sales process.
  5. Innovation Leadership
    • Stay ahead of emerging technologies like AI, IoT, and data analytics to ensure product offerings are competitive and forward-thinking.
    • Collaborate with the Director of Product and Technology to align marketing strategies with product roadmaps.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).

Experience

  • Minimum 3–5 years in product marketing, market research, or a related role.
  • Experience in Digital Health or Ag Tech sectors is an asset.
