Who we’re looking for

We want to hire people who can work with us to push the boundaries of interactive experiences. Tactica is looking for team members who can operate well in an open environment and can collaborate with other designers, developers and especially with clients. You should be self starting and able to see a project from conception through to completion.

Responsibilities

  • Develop website, mobile applications, and games
  • Assist with implementation of project architecture, standards and processes
  • Assist with development of project code that meets established processes and standards
  • Assist in developing technical project schedules, plans, task assignments and time estimates
  • Identify project tasks and define task definitions
  • Provide senior project staff with full communication of project progress
  • Create and maintain project documentation, in accordance with established standards
  • Work with a team to concept new applications and games for both client and internal development
  • Manage your time against multiple deadlines and requirements

Requirements

  • Experience with one or more of the following: Ruby on Rails, PHP, .NET framework (C#), Objective C / Cocoa programming
  • Experience implementing 3rd party APIs (i.e. Facebook, Twitter, etc)
  • Experience with one or more of the following content management systems: WordPress, Drupal, Sitecore
  • BSc. in Computer Science or equivalent education/experience
  • Excellent communication skills
